The liberal arts B.A. is the course of study for you if you plan to pursue a career or advanced degree in the field of studio art or related disciplines. The B.F.A. will lead you to a career or graduate study in art, design and related disciplines.
The M.F.A. is a 60-hour terminal degree program offering the highest level of instruction in the visual arts. At its core is the relationship between you, the emerging artist, and the experience of professional faculty. You’ll benefit from these internationally respected artists and critics who challenge your ideas and provoke their individual visions. Each year, the program presents M.F.A. galleries and shows.
Program concentrations—ceramics, painting and drawing, photography, print and book arts, and sculpture—allow you to explore a specific area of study while following a rigorous curriculum.
