Western prepares those with special talents in Art, Spanish, and Music to mold learners from Kindergarten through high school.  If you hope to teach older children and prepare the college-bound, a Bachelor of Science in Education degree (or another graduate or licensure program) allows you to focus on English, Comprehensive Science, Biology, Mathematics, Chemistry, or Social Sciences.

If you’d like to help tone bodies as well as minds, majoring in Physical Education prepares you to teach in elementary, middle, and secondary schools. Our graduates can organize and administer intramural programs, coach varsity sports, and administer athletic programs in addition to teaching physical education, exercise, and dance.
